The history of First Street Flooring dates back to 1910. In 2006, it was purchased by Pip and Aaron Conrad. Needing additional space for the growing business, it was moved to 3rd Street in 2008, hence the name, First Street Flooring on Third! Come to December 2022, the business was sold to Philip Sterling and Greg Kenny. Philip and Greg have longstanding ties to the community and also own Hylton Lumber. Both enterprises are working together to continue their legacy of service and commitment to community involvement!

We attribute much of our success to our strong community ties. Since 2006, we have actively supported a wide range of local organizations through volunteer work and financial donations. Here at First Street Flooring, we know that it is vital for local businesses to support the community, and in turn that community thrives and supports local businesses.

While customers may find cheaper pricing in the big box stores, they won't see those corporations support local events and organizations! As your neighbor, we understand the power of word of mouth, and the value of reputation. We stand by our work and our products, and are proud of our reputation for fair prices and excellent service. Our goal is simple - satisfied customers!
